Getting Started

Once you have determined that all interested parties are willing to try mediation, visit the contact page and call or write to make an appointment for an initial session at a time that fits your schedules.

If you believe the other party(s) in the dispute might be open to mediation, but have not yet talked about it, you can ask them directly and send them a link to this website, or call Stuart at Progressive Mediation to explore other options.
